The Role You ll handle a broad range of private client matters, advising clients on: Wills and estate planning Lasting Powers of Attorney Trusts (including Declarations of Trust) Court of Protection applications Probate and estate administration You ll take client instructions, manage your own caseload under supervision, and play an active role in the development and marketing of the department.
