Head Chef

to join their team.

As Head Chef, you will be the creative and operational leader of the kitchen, responsible for delivering consistent 3 Rosette-standard cuisine while maintaining the highest levels of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. This is an opportunity to leave a lasting culinary mark and drive continued success in a highly respected kitchen.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day kitchen operations with a hands-on, service-driven approachCreate and evolve seasonal menus in line with the 3 Rosette standardTrain, mentor, and manage a dedicated brigade of chefs and kitchen portersEnsure all dishes are prepared and presented with precision and consistencyMaintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance in line with EHO and HACCP standardsMonitor and control stock, food GP, waste, and ordering systemsLiaise closely with the FOH and management teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfactionDevelop supplier relationships and champion local, sustainable sourcing.Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a 2 or 3 Rosette (or Michelin) kitchenCreative flair with a deep understanding of fine dining, classical techniques, and modern trendsStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsCalm under pressure, solution-focused, and quality-drivenFully up to date with food safety, allergens, and kitchen compliance standardsPassion for mentoring and team development.Benefits:
