Your new role

• Management of the central inbox, circulating queries to the relevant managers
• Scanning and filing of reports
• Coordinate and manage files for the fleet department
• Prepare meeting packs for departmental meetings
• Updating internal databases

What you''ll need to succeed

• Extensive experience of working in an admin role
• Able to work full-time in an office (no hybrid working)
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
• Must pass DBS check

What you''ll get in return

• -14.01 per hour
• Staff parking

• 8 weeks with possible extension
