Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal planting and landscaping projects. Ensure the parks are kept clean, safe, and welcoming for visitors. Collaborate with team members to implement park improvement initiatives. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties. Person Specification Demonstrated broad knowledge of horticulture and strong plant knowledge skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide guidance and advice to others. Willingness to contribute to and adapt to change. Commitment to personal development and willingness to undertake mandatory training. Understanding of and commitment to promoting the Strategic Equality Plan of Newport Town Council.
