Reporting into the Group Finance Director you will be responsible for leading the team that is accountable for the investment accounting process, including valuations and daily box management. You will oversee outsourced investment accounting, provide technical accounting support, and drive investment data controls. This role involves significant change management on new product types, ensuring timely delivery of new asset classes, products, and regulatory developments. Therefore you will lead the management of the financial close process, which includes producing a full and complete ledger (interfaces, reconciliations and both actuarial and financial journals) as well as cost, project, investment and tax accounting for the Group and its subsidiary companies.
