Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the consultancy s continued growth. About You Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Prior experience in building services or data centres (or strong motivation to enter the industry). Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Chartered (or working towards it) desirable.
