What You''ll Do
Support pupils across EYFS and KS1, with a focus on those with additional needs (SEN/SEMH).
Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to help children build confidence and succeed.
Work alongside teachers, SENCO, and parents to create the best outcomes for each child.
Become a key part of the school community, building strong relationships with staff and students alike.
Who We''re Looking For
A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic individual who genuinely wants to make a difference.
Previous school or SEN experience is helpful but not essential - commitment and personality matter most.
Someone resilient, adaptable, and ready to become an integral part of a high-performing team.
