Mental Health Social Worker London Borough of Camden Up to 32 per hour The London Borough of Camden is seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our Adults'' Mental Health Services. We are looking for an organised professional with excellent legislative knowledge and a commitment to co-production, working with individuals with complex mental health needs. The Role You will be a key member of a multi-disciplinary team, providing high-quality statutory social work intervention. Your core duties will include: Holistic Assessment: Conducting comprehensive assessments of mental health and social care needs, including Care Act assessments and reviews. Co-Produced Planning: Developing and implementing co-produced care and support plans with residents that promote recovery, independence, and well-being. Risk Management: Undertaking effective risk assessment and management to ensure the safety of service users and the community. Safeguarding: Leading on complex safeguarding enquiries in line with relevant legislation and policy. Partnership Working: Actively engaging in partnership working with other statutory and voluntary organisations, as well as providing effective liaison with inpatient units. Support Networks: Working closely with carers and wider support networks to ensure a comprehensive and person-centred approach.
