Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Handyperson/Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to work between two sites (High Wycombe and London Southwark). This is a hands-on role involving property maintenance across residential and commercial premises. Permanent GBP38k - GBP40k per annum 8am-5pm (flexibility required for early starts) 1 hr lunch break Weekend work available if required Duties of the Handyperson/Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative: Painting and decorating General property maintenance Basic gardening duties Plumbing repairs and maintenance Carpentry works Roofing repairs and inspections Clearing up and leaving all job sites clean and tidy Assisting with removals when required Using company tools and equipment responsibly Reporting issues and following instructions from management Requirements of the Handyperson/Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative: Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Minimum 3 years experience in a similar handyperson / maintenance role Ability to work independently and manage workload Good time management and reliability Basic health and safety knowledge Professional attitude and strong attention to detail ..... full job details .....
