They are looking for a motivated and compassionate
Centre Manager
to lead services in the city. This is a

Centre Manager , you’ll:Lead and oversee the delivery of holistic, gender-specific support services for women and girlsManage and develop a talented staff team with the support of a Deputy ManagerBuild strong partnerships and maintain effective referral pathwaysTake responsibility for contracts, budgets and reporting to fundersContribute to organisational strategy and drive service improvementThis is a role where you can combine people leadership with operational excellence — and see the positive impact of your work every day.About You
You’ll bring experience in:Leading and managing service delivery in the charity, voluntary or public sectorSupporting, motivating and developing staffTranslating strategy into operational deliveryManaging budgets, contracts and performance reportingYou will be:
A strong communicator who builds relationships with easeAdaptable, resilient and highly organisedSolution-focused, calm under pressure and able to manage risk effectivelyPassionate about equity, diversity and inclusionExperience in women’s services or the criminal justice system is desirable, but not essential — what matters most is your leadership ability and commitment to making a difference.What they Offer
