Act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with organizational goalsLead employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environmentCraft and implement HR policies and procedures to support company objectivesCollaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment from talent acquisition to onboardingProvide mentorship and coaching to managers on performance management and employee developmentAnalyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR practicesLead and participate in HR projects driving organizational changeEnsure adherence to local labor laws across the UK and supported areasSupport a culture of diversity and inclusivityMentor a dedicated HR adviser and foster effective team collaborationWhat Makes You Successful
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with objectives and future needsUnderstand market dynamics to support organizational goalsBuild solid relationships with leaders and employees to drive collaborationAnalyse HR metrics to inform decisions and improve practicesLead organizational change initiatives with smooth transitionsCommunicate clearly with all levels of the organizationAddress complex HR issues in a fast-growing environmentExperience across HR functions: employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, policy developmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProfessional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD are desirableWhat You’ll Get (Benefits)

Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience; 2-5 years of management or lead experienceFlex Workplace : Primary location is a home office with no fixed workstation. Office visits and hybrid expectations will be coordinated with your manager.Legal
