Store Manager Key Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, stepping into the role during absences .

• Team Management: Coach, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team to deliver on sales targets and maintain premium customer experiences .

• Sales & KPI Oversight: Monitor performance metrics, support daily trading, and contribute to achieving commercial goals

• Visual Merchandising: Ensure brand standards in store presentation-maintenance of high visual and housekeeping standards

• Stock & Operations: Support stock control, manage rotas, handle cash processes, and follow security procedures to minimise losses

• Local Engagement: Contribute to local marketing initiatives and gather competitor insights to help shape store strategy

Store Manager experience:

• Prior experience in premium or lifestyle retail management/supervision, with strong commercial acumen and KPI delivery

• Excellent leadership and communication, with a people-focused mindset

• Passion for fashion, design, or sustainable products and commitment to a values-led, customer-first experience .

• Strong organisational skills and comfort with digital and physical sales environments .
