From scheduling interviews and reviewing applications to supporting employer branding and testing new recruitment technologies, you’ll build operational expertise, and a deep understanding of how a modern, high-performing Talent function runs.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

You’ll work closely with our Talent team to coordinate hiring processes, manage recruitment systems, and explore ways to use new technologies—including AI—to help us work smarter and faster.No prior recruitment experience is needed—we’ll support your learning. What matters most is that you’re organised, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves.Key Responsibilities1. Interview and Process CoordinationSchedule interviews and candidate calls across teamsKeep hiring trackers and timelines up to dateHelp prepare interview packs and gather feedback from interviewersSupport hiring events or virtual assessments2. Recruitment Systems and AdminLearn how to use our ATS (Greenhouse) to update candidate stages, feedback, and job postingsMake sure candidate data is accurate and up to dateHelp pull reports on hiring progress and team activityKeep hiring templates and resources organised3. Experimenting with Tools and AIHelp test new tools and AI features that improve how we source, screen, or schedule candidatesShare ideas on how we can save time or improve candidate experienceHelp document what works and share it with the team4. Candidate ExperienceSupport candidate communications like interview invites and follow-upsHelp ensure every candidate receives timely updates and a positive experienceKeep an eye out for ways to make the process clearer, faster, and more engaging5.
