Managing several billion in assets, the firm is a major player in the high-growth technology and innovation space,. Following a significant recent fundraise, they are looking for a high-calibre fund finance professional to join their lean, high-performing London team during a period of high activity. Key responsibilities: Investor reporting: supporting the production of high-quality quarterly and annual reporting suites.Administrator oversight: managing relationships with third-party fund administrators to ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness.Capital management: preparing and coordinating capital calls, distributions, and complex equalization processes.Regulatory and Audit: assisting with statutory reporting, regulatory filings, and year-end audit requirements.Operational support: providing real-time financial insights to support a fast-paced investment environment.
