Social network you want to login/join with:Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events and exhibitions, ensuring all aspects of production meet client expectations.Production•Develop clear production and purchasing strategy on every live orpitch project included in the Forecast•Lead, support and consult in the Production Management of a project including the Design intent detailing, production meetings and onsite Management•Ensure a robust Procurement or RFP process on every project•Challenge and negotiate supplier estimates or rates•Strive to develop the teams Production knowledge, skills and confidence•Support and advise the Creative team through the design phase where necessary•Oversee logistic including venue selection, equipment, transportations and contractors•Address and resolve any issues that arise during planning and execution•Ensure all events/exhibitions comply with Health and Safety regulations and industry standardsProcurement•Maintain a robust Company Purchasing Policy•Ensure employee understanding through regular refresher training sessions•Identify, build and maintain a Global Key Supplier network•Ensure due diligence to mitigate legal, financial, performance and quality risks•Propose and negotiate favourable SLA agreement•Ensure a high level of documentation, filing, upkeep, review and company communication•Collect and analyse supplier performance feedback from the delivery team•Monitor project purchasing in line with client invoicing, ensuring projects remain cash positive•Implement and manage supplier reviews•Support any new business from a procurement, production and budget point of view•To document, communicate and maintain a Volume Discount scheme with all Key Suppliers unless agreed by email with a Director•To be the first point of escalation of supplier issues, addressing and resolving the issuesForecast•Review the company live/pitch forecast•To use the Live/Pitch forecast as a main resource to plan and manage the delivery team•Provide insights to Head of Project Delivery on time tracking, charge out profitability and serviced revenueBudgeting•Ensure the teams project budgets are fully inclusive and well thought through•Contribute to departmental budgets for Leadership team to considerResourcing/Planning•Monitor and review the production needs within any resourcing plans on a regular bases in line with the Live/Pitch forecastRequirementsDemonstrated experience in event or exhibition productionStrong organisational, leadership and communication skills
