What the job involves

As the Corporate Governance Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing company secretarial, legal, and regulatory matters for the fund and its group entities. Working within the legal team, you''ll gain immediate exposure to a broad range of activities and collaborate closely with other specialist functions, including compliance, tax, and finance. This is a newly created role that offers significant autonomy, providing the opportunity to add real value and shape the position as your own.

Company secretarial support, including board packs and formal minutesPreparation of general legal documents, including NDAs, engagement letters and terms sheetsAssist on regulatory filingsMaintain statutory registers and corporate recordsLegal research and required documentationLiaison with external providersOwnership of insurance schemesWho we are looking for
