Location: Croydon Contract: Initial Temp Placement with a view to Permanent for successful candidates About the Role We are recruiting an experienced client-side Estates Project Manager to take direct responsibility for the delivery of capital construction and refurbishment projects across a large education estate. This is a delivery-focused role, not a PMO or assurance position. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing physical estates projects in live environments, with clear accountability for scope, programme, budget, risk, health and safety, and statutory compliance. Important Clarification - Please Read Before Applying This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily PMO, portfolio reporting, governance, tooling, or consultancy-only delivery.
