Day to DayManage end-to-end campaign configuration within Salesforce and third-party dialler systems.Drive segmentation, personalisation, and targeting strategies that enhance campaign performance.Optimise data quality and usability across Salesforce-eliminating duplicates, managing inactive contacts, and improving lead scoring frameworks.Create and maintain real-time performance dashboards using Power BI, ensuring all stakeholders are working from a single source of truth.Spot trends in campaign ..... full job details .....
