Works closely with the Project Manager to ensure the on-budget delivery of construction projects. Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities Discuss the client s requirements for a pre-tender meeting with relevant departments, present and answer all questions regarding cost of works. Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
