Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment? Our established insurance brokerage, specialising in the construction industry, is looking for a driven Telesales Agent to join our growing team.
 In this role, you’ll be making high-volume B2B outbound calls to introduce our tailored insurance solutions to construction professionals and businesses. You’ll engage decision-makers, identify their needs, and provide clear, compelling information about how we can help protect their projects and people.
 We’re looking for someone with proven experience in telesales or outbound B2B calling, who enjoys hitting targets and delivering results. If you have a positive attitude, excellent phone manner, and the hunger to succeed, we want to hear from you.
To be a successful match in this role, you might have a background in one of the following:
- Call centre with a sales influence
- Appointment setting
- Lead generation
- Collections Agent
- Recruitment Resourcer / Business Developer
- Or anybody with an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to close deals 
 In return, you’ll enjoy a supportive, professional environment, Monday–Friday working hours (no weekends!), and fantastic commission opportunities for top performers, with the ability to earn £50k - £60k within the first 18 months of service.
Starting salary £26k  /- but your real earnings will come from new client commissions
Working hours - 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday
