You will provide support to the Finance Manager and to customers:Answering incoming calls and responding to email enquiries for the finance teamMatching invoices with proof of deliveries for raw materials, processing for payments, queering any discrepanciesPosting cash, supplier and bank paymentsAssisting with credit control if requiredCompiling hours from TMS and processing for monthly payroll run, breaking down costings for each departmentProviding administration support as required, to ensure a smooth daily operation for the finance teamWe would expect the successful Finance Assistant to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft office and sage, be an excellent communicator and have an excellent eye for detail. You will supported to to become familiar with the company processes and procedures.
