Contract: Part time, 4 Days a week andndash; long term, October start

Salary: andpound;168.80 - andpound;232.57 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons that spark curiosity and creativity.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel confident expressing themselves.
• Test students and assess their progress through marking and feedback.
• Support students in developing strong communication, analytical, and writing skills.
• Bring literature to life through discussions, debates, and creative projects.
• Work closely with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and create exciting learning experiences.

Qualifications andamp; Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge in English language and literature.
• Experience teaching KS3-KS5 students.
• Ability to motivate and engage students in both theoretical and practical lessons.
• Enthusiasm for extracurricular activities and school-wide events.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
