We are seeking a passionate and driven Gunroom Sales Executive to join Purdey. In this role, you will be responsible for maximising sales revenue for guns, rifles, and all Purdey products within the boutique, whilst providing outstanding customer service and representing the Purdey brand with pride.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:To grow sales by attracting new clients and developing the existing customer base.

To take any opportunity to promote sales of new and second-hand guns and rifles.

To provide advice to customers on the repair, maintenance and storage of their guns.

To promote and sell cartridges, ammunition and gun related shooting clothing and accessories

Act as an ambassador for Purdey at private and public events

Assist in the co-ordination of in-store promotional events

Maintaining a strict security on all gun displays, storage and transfer of firearms and ammunition whilst complying with the Company and UK firearms legislation.

To present the “face of Purdey”in a consistent manner and deliver the “Purdey Experience” to potential and existing Purdey clients.

To ensure clients receive the highest level of service so that the Company’s reputation as one of the world’s leading gun makers is continually maintained.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Proven aptitude for gun sales and a passion for driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to initiate contact and build rapport.

Confident, articulate, and detail oriented.

Diplomatic, courteous, and possess a "can-do" attitude.

Self-motivated, discreet, confidential, and trustworthy.

Collaborative and willing to contribute as a team player with a warm, friendly, and engaging personality.

Exceptional customer service, presentation, and communication skills.

Commercially focused with an understanding of financial figures and budgeting.

Experience with sporting guns and rifles and a genuine interest in country pursuits.
