You must be confident handling files from inception through to resolution and be comfortable working within the Civil Procedure Rules framework.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the management of civil litigation files from start to finishDrafting pleadings, witness statements, and applicationsPreparing court bundles and disclosure documentsIssuing proceedings and filing documents at courtDrafting cost schedules where requiredLiaising with clients, counsel, and the courtsAdvising clients on procedure and litigation risks under supervisionMaintaining high standards of client careMeeting performance and file progression targetsRequirementsMinimum 2-3 years'' experience in litigation mattersStrong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)Experience drafting court documents and correspondenceAbility to issue proceedings independentlyUnderstanding of litigation costs and riskPragmatic and commercially aware approach to ..... full job details .....
