We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Slitter Operator to join a growing production team. If you have mechanical aptitude, care about quality, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — we want to hear from you!
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

- Set up and operate slitter machines to cut material (paper, film, foil, etc.) to precise widths
- Monitor machine operations to ensure high-quality output
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Adjust slitting parameters based on material specs
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Record production data and report any issues

 
Qualifications:
 

- Previous machine operating or slitter experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Team-oriented and dependable
