:Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private members club advantageousPrevious experience in a similar positionis essential

The responsibilities

are:To plan production in order to facilitate all daily requirementsTo supervise, assist and co-ordinate all preparation/presentationTo assist in overseeing the smooth running of the day to day operations in the pastry kitchenWorking hours:

Straight shifts, up to 48 hours a week5am and 9am shift starts
