Customer Service Coordinator
Adecco are recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to join their clients team in Tilehurst.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls from customers and retail partnersRespond to email enquiries, including product questions and order updatesProcess orders, including arranging collections, returns, and dispatch of spare partsLiaise with external delivery providers to monitor shipments and maintain a high level of service throughout the order journeyRaise invoices within the CRM system for suppliers once orders are completedSupport the order processing team to meet service level agreementsKeep customers informed of any delays or issues with their ordersDeliver a smooth and positive customer experience at all stagesAbout YouProven experience within a customer service, office environmentConfident handling a high volume of phone callsStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectivelyA team player with a genuine focus on delivering excellent customer serviceProactive and solution-focused, with the ability to identify trends in customer queries and suggest improvementsApply now!Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
