Behaviour Mentor Secondary School (Cardiff) Daily Rate: £100 £130 per day We are currently recruiting a committed and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to work within a trauma-informed secondary school in Cardiff. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, and who understands the importance of relationships, consistency, and emotional safety in education. The Role As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support pupils who may display challenging behaviour linked to trauma, adverse childhood experiences, or additional learning needs. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and senior leaders to help pupils regulate emotions, re-engage with learning, and achieve positive outcomes. Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, both in and out of the classroom.
