We have an exciting opportunity for an Export Clerk to join an established Freight Forwarder. Our client is requiring some export experience and will train on what is needed. The job role would be as follows. All aspects of daily exports - air, sea and road 1) Learning to use our inhouse system - Descartes/Net freight2) Making bookings with our suppliers 3) Preparing the required export documentation ready for export4) Completing customs declarations (CDS) 5) Monitoring shipments from start to finish6) Liaising with customers, hauliers, airlines by email and telephone7) Full training will be givenMonday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 Salary/ Benefits Salary £27,000 increasing to £28,000 after a successful probation period of 3 months. • 4 weeks paid holiday plus paid bank holidays Option to enrol into our Workplace pension after a successful probation period of 3 months.Due to occasionally trips Car Driver preferred.
