Operations Manager

South East | Full-time, Permanent | £50-60k DOE

A well established and growing UK business is seeking an Operations Manager to drive performance and efficiency across its operational network. This is a key role for someone ready to make a real impact.

The Role

- Lead performance reviews with internal teams and logistics partners
- Implement scorecards across safety, cost, quality, service, and people
- Deliver lean process improvements and budget efficiencies
- Optimise planning cycles and manage peak activity
- Use data to identify issues and implement solutions
- Build strong relationships across all levels

About You

- Proven experience in operations management (3PL experience a bonus)
- Skilled in lean/continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Organised, resilient, and results-driven
- Familiar with warehouse or operations management systems
