Overview

Autocentre Manager required in South Bristol.Starting salary up to £35,000 per annum plus bonuses with £50,000+ annual on-target earnings. 48 hour week Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am-5:00pm. Up to 44 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays).Responsibilities

Promoting and maintaining the client''s image, acting as a brand ambassador.Delivering outstanding customer service.Maximising volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met.Co-ordinating and controlling the work of autocentre staff, offering assistance and support as required.Ensuring the security of stock and monies, being accountable for any losses.Maintaining company housekeeping standards.Qualifications and Experience

Ideally at least a couple of years of experience in a similar autocentre management role with excellent customer service skills.Alternatively, exceptional Workshop Controllers or Service/Parts Advisors with relevant experience and aspirations to develop their careers will be considered.Any qualifications or practical experience as a Vehicle Technician or an MOT licence are desirable but not essential.A UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.What’s in it for you
