IT Support Analyst | St Albans | Up to £38kWe are recruiting an IT Support Analyst to join a successful and growing company based in St Albans. Provide support to internal and external usersPrioritise and respond to tickets that come from multiple channels such as email, phone, chat and walk-upsCommunicating with customers to help them resolve any technical issuesPerform diagnostic and root cause analysisMonitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks, including installing, configuring, and patching computer hardware, operating systems and applicationsWhat the employer is looking for
