This is a static role based within a well-established neighbourhood, with all properties located within walking distance.A secure on-site lock-up is provided for tool storage, eliminating the need to carry equipment to and from the estate each day. While a van and fuel card are not issued for this role, a pool van is available on the estate for use during work hours if needed. Responsibilities:Carrying out a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across council-owned properties. Hanging doors and frames, fitting kitchens, and installing structural flooring finishes. Replacing locks, fitting baths and basins, tiling, painting, and decorating. Using a hand held electronic device to receive job instructions, update progress, and log completed works.
