We’re looking for a Production Controller to join our Creative Services Production team. You’ll play a key role in delivering lifestyle imagery and catalogues to the highest standard, ensuring every asset is accurate, consistent, and ready to inspire our customers across print, digital, and social channels.From colour accuracy checks to catalogue production, you’ll help bring our products to life and make sure everything looks its absolute best before it reaches our audiences.**This is a 12-month fixed-term contract****Location:** 3 days per week at our North Acton office**What You’ll Do*** Manage the image and page production process, from retouching to final publishing.* Check imagery quality and colour accuracy, ensuring files meet repro standards.* Prepare and deliver assets for catalogues, print, social, and digital platforms.* Annotate and brief imagery for retouching, reviewing results against the required standard.* Support catalogue production – booking pages, checking versioning and pagination, and tracking progress.* Oversee proofing processes (internal checks, PDFs, binders, and Insite).* Collaborate with Artworkers, Designers, reprographics, and shoot teams to deliver accurate and timely assets.* Balance time, quality, and cost to maximise efficiency and profitability.* Log and manage invoices correctly.* Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines while keeping attention to detail.**What We’re Looking For*** A solid background in post-production or print production, with proven expertise in colour management and proofing.* Strong understanding of pre-press processes and repro limitations.* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Capture One).* Skilled in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.* Knowledge of offset, lithographic, gravure, and digital print methods.* Awareness of optimising imagery for digital channels (advantageous).* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and a collaborative approach.**What We Offer*** Competitive salary and targeted annual bonus scheme.* Generous Boden clothing allowance!* 30% discount on all current clothing ranges.* 25 days Holiday annually, plus Bank Holidays.* Online Portal with an array of discounts on retail and entertainment.* Virtual GP Service for you and your household!* Free onsite parking and subsidised café.We want Boden to be the place everyone wants to work.
