Lead environmental compliance across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to ISO 14001 and company standards.Develop and implement Project Environmental Management Plans, identifying risks and establishing effective mitigation measures.Monitor, audit, and report on environmental performance (waste, water, noise, dust), driving continuous improvement.Engage with clients, stakeholders, and local communities to address environmental concerns and build positive relationships.Promote environmental awareness on-site through training, workshops, and communication campaigns.Qualifications / About You

Proven experience in an environmental role within construction or civil engineering projects.Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and ability to ensure compliance across multiple sites.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.Proactive and solutions-focused, with a track record of delivering practical improvements.Willingness to travel across sites (full UK driving licence essential).
