Job description

A well-established building and maintenance services provider is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to support ongoing and upcoming projects. This position plays a key role in producing accurate cost estimates across a range of commercial, residential, and industrial works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Prepare clear, detailed, and competitive cost estimates
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather pricing and project information
• Conduct site visits as required to assess project scope
• Assist with tender submissions and value engineering proposals
• Track costs and update estimates as project scopes evolve

Requirements:

• Previous estimating experience in building, construction, or maintenance sectors
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Familiarity with estimating software and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
