As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you''ll lead the technical vision, working closely with stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions. You''ll guide the build and design of Salesforce components, integrations, and automations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver end-to-end Salesforce architecture for a utilities transformation

Lead solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Architect integrations with third-party platforms (e.g. billing, IoT, field service)

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure delivery quality

Document architecture decisions and contribute to governance processes
