The post holder will have responsibility for the daily operational management and patient pathways in the CT department of the RBFT Radiology Department, and they will be working with 2 other Clinical Leads as well as the Operational Lead.The post holder will also be involved in the training and development of our growing team along side our CT Practice Educator.The post holder will also have input in the strategic development of our service., They will be a role model for the profession and will have delegated responsibility for staff induction, training and developmentThey will be in a supportive role to help deliver the best possible service to our outpatients and community.To assist the Lead radiographer with training, service delivery and performance requirements

The CT department at the RBH has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and we have increased our capacity by having 2 additional CT scanners. This expansion has allowed us to develop our Team to enhance our service. We are currently looking for the right Radiographer with the knowledge and experience to support our outpatient service.
