Prepare cost estimates, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and conduct CVRs. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement value engineering strategies. Prepare, negotiate, and administer high-value contracts. Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations. Assess and mitigate risks; lead claims, variations, and dispute resolution. Develop and oversee procurement strategies for competitive pricing. Evaluate bids and negotiate optimal terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
