You will be working with both primary and secondary aged students who may display challenging behaviours and require additional support to engage in learning.Key Responsibilities:Provide behaviour support for pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis.Work alongside teaching staff to implement behaviour management strategies.Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress.Remain calm, consistent, and professional in challenging situations.Contribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive school environment.Essential Requirements:Enhanced Child DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply and pay for one).A minimum of 24 month''s professional employment references with no major gaps in the last 5 years.Must hold a valid Right to Work document, an in-date form of photo ID, and two valid proof of address documents.Able to drive or willing to travel via public transport across the ..... full job details .....
