With a group turnover of approximately £5 million, this organisation plays a vital role in supporting communities across Northern Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to join a values-driven organisation that is passionate about making a meaningful impact.Your new role As Group Head of Finance, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive financial service across both charitable and commercial operations. You will lead financial planning, reporting, compliance, and control functions, ensuring the organisation meets all statutory and legal requirements.Key Responsibilities:Produce monthly and quarterly management accounts for the groupLead budget meetings and challenge income/expenditure to ensure effective resource allocationMonitor financial performance and advise senior managementLead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditorsOversee payroll for approximately 150 staff (£3.3m payroll)Manage cash flow, credit control, VAT submissions, and statutory reportingDevelop financial models to support new initiatives and funding applicationsSupervise a small finance team and contribute to strategic leadershipPresent financial information to the Board and senior stakeholdersEnsure compliance with regulatory ..... full job details .....
