The environment is best compared to a boutique hotel setting, with high expectations around safety, presentation, and resident experience.The RoleYou''ll take ownership of all electrical works and compliance, alongside supporting wider maintenance requirements.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out electrical fault-finding, repairs, testing, and minor installations across multiple sitesCompleting electrical compliance works, inspections, and remedialsSupporting planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive tasksUpdating compliance documentation and maintenance records accuratelyUndertaking general multi-trade maintenance (basic plumbing, joinery, patch repairs, fixtures and fittings)Working in occupied student accommodation with minimal disruption to residentsLiaising with site teams and external contractors where requiredDelivering a professional, customer-focused service at all timesParticipating in the on-call rota and occasional late shiftsWorking ..... full job details .....
