This is a hybrid role and you will be required to be in the office 2 days per week, in either Chester or Crewe. The IT Manager will lead the operational areas of internal IT, infrastructure, environment management, database administration and site reliability. This is a hybrid hands on and leadership role, combining direct technical contribution with team oversight and coordination. The role ensures that core systems are secure, reliable and scalable, environments are consistent and well managed, and operational practices support predictable service delivery. The IT Manager will work closely with software delivery, support, and product teams to maintain a stable and efficient operational foundation.
