We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our client at this stunning luxury hotel.Set in the idyllic Scottish Highlands, this tranquil hotel features a rosette restaurant as well catering for weddings, events and private functions.What you will be doing: Working with and alongside the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchenTake full responsibility for the food and kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef including rotas, ordering and paperworkSupport with leading, motivating and inspiring the kitchen team as well as encouraging creativity What we were looking for: A strong Sous Chef with proven work historyIdeally previous experience within a rosette kitchen and/or min 4 hotelGenuine passion for food, ingredients and customer serviceEye for detail and presentationA proactive person, capable of motivating a team and working as part of Benefits include live in accommodation and troncInterested and have the skills, knowledge and passion we re looking for?
