This role is working full time 40 hours and you must be fully flexible to work during all opening hours, paying £30,000 p/a. The Role You ll Play Responsible for the management of the food and beverage operation. Maximising sales and meeting profit and financial expectations while organising, leading and motivating the food and beverage team. To provide support and information to the Catering Manager in relation to the following key areas, income, GP, Stock usage and control, promotions, menus, recruitment, training and performance reviews.
