This is your chance to:Design a nurturing home from the ground up, with carefully planned spaces for healing and growth.Lead a dedicated team delivering trauma-informed care that changes lives.Work side-by-side with our family founders in a supportive, values-driven environmentYour MissionTo be r esponsible for the management and operational delivery of the Children’s Home.To oversee the implementation of standards as required by OFSTED.To s upport in the registration process of this Children’s Home.To lead regulatory inspections, ensuring the service is high-quality and evidenced based during inspection with support from the Responsible Individual.To successfully achieve a minimum of ‘Good’ inspection rating .Be a part of the on-call system.Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).2+ years’ experience managing an OFSTED-regulated children’s home.Great expertise in EBD/LD care and safeguarding.A leadership style that’s both compassionate and decisive .Excellent knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations (2015) and the Social Care Common Inspection FrameworkExperience of working with children at a managerial levelDemonstrate knowledge and understanding of operational management within children’s homesA working understanding of relevant legislation and policies , such as Children and Families Act, Children’s Act, Working Together to Safeguard ChildrenKnowledge of care standards and the requirements of OFSTEDExperience of leading OFSTED inspections, with a minimum of “Good” ratingsQuarterly KPI bonusAdditional on-call paymentsPension SchemeOngoing training and developmentGenuinely supportive work environmentEmployee mentoring programmeFree on-site parkingRelocation allowance available (Depending on location)If you would like to chat with one of our consultants, then why not book a meeting now.#J-18808-Ljbffr
