Working within the Programme People, Skills and Culture team, the position focuses on workforce strategy, skills development, employee value proposition, and cross-partner collaboration across a complex, multi-project environment. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Workforce Planning Support strategic workforce and skills initiatives with internal and external partners. Identify and help mitigate critical short- and long-term skills gaps. Provide project management support for attraction, retention, and capability development initiatives. Deliver workforce insights through data analysis, reporting, and SME input. Employee Value Proposition and Culture Support development of the programme Employee Value Proposition. Coordinate internal and external award submissions. Contribute to engagement, inclusion, and retention initiatives using survey and exit feedback insights.
