The objective of the role will be to support departments heads to ensure outstanding customer services are provided to customer and supply chain partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with and supporting members; drafting, sending, tracking and chasing new membership packs, as well as member reviews packs for existing members; compiling management, operational, and supply chain reports; the identification of potential new members as well as competitor analysis; attending member and operational meetings; spend monitoring; attending conferences and events; drafting social media content and managing bulk email communications; maintaining audit files; taking ownership of the accounts of smaller members; supporting contract pack creating; and identifying additional opportunities with which to support members.
