Thai Sous Chef Requirements:A minimum of 2 years experience cooking authentic Thai cuisine at Sous Chef levelProven ability to lead and inspire a team in a busy kitchen environmentStrong knowledge of traditional Thai ingredients, techniques, and flavoursAbility to collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and specialsConfidence in managing kitchen operations during service while maintaining quality and consistencyExcellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standardsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysRight to work in the UK
