The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly within corporate and community-focused events. About You:Key responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd line support for IT systems across the venue, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction. You ll be responsible for daily checks on critical systems such as network connectivity, device compliance, and endpoint security.
